"PARTIAL REFUND RECEIVED AFTER CANCELLING ORDER, EVEN THOUGH I EMAILED THE DAY BEFORE"
I messed up my order one night by getting the wrong size. Right away, I followed the steps to cancel it and explained what happened. I even shot off an email that same night, apologizing and asking to cancel. But the next morning, I saw that the item was already marked as shipped. I reached out again and was told it was a mistake, and that I’d get my refund in 2-3 days. In the end, I only got back a partial refund, which was nearly 20% less than what I originally paid. That's pretty disappointing.

I placed my order on Saturday expecting a 24-hour delivery, but here we are on Wednesday and I haven't gotten anything. I looked up the tracking number, and it hasn’t even been shipped yet...

"Ordered a life vest, but ran into some issues..."
I ordered a life vest that arrived in Cyprus on time, but it came without the CO2 bottle. The plastic safety pin was broken, and the pull tab lanyard was missing too. Inside, there was a note saying they couldn't provide the canister because of airline rules. I've emailed them twice, but still no response. It's pretty unacceptable that they didn't let me know about this before I placed my order, and I also think they should have deducted the cost of the canister from what I paid.

It's always a joy working with Transair Flight Equipment. The office wifi went kaput, so I had to call in my order. They handled it swiftly, shipped it out the same day, and it showed up just two days later. Super polite and professional, whether you're chatting on the phone or browsing online.

"Delivery Fee of £4.75 for a Tiny Book?"
You hit me with a £4.75 delivery charge for a little book sent through the mail. That's way too steep. The cost for the stamp and packaging would’ve been under half that amount.

"Shipping to the Philippines"
I got a Jumper delivered to the Philippines just like I thought it would (took around 3 weeks via Post Mail). The craftsmanship of this Jumper is better than the one I got from another UK site. The item arrived in perfect condition. For sure, I’ll be ordering from Transair again.

"Top-notch service"
I was on the hunt for an aviation headset and stumbled upon Transair's site. They offered a huge variety and the prices were pretty good. I had some questions about the headset and reached out to customer support a few times. Each time, I got a fast and super helpful response. So, I went ahead and ordered a set. It arrived really quickly. I can totally recommend Transair Flight Equipment, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

"Website showed incorrect images for the air filter"
The images displayed on the site for the Cessna air filter were not accurate, leading to some confusion and nearly making me ditch the order. But I reached out to Transair's customer service, and they got back to me quickly, acknowledging the mistake with the photo. After that, I placed my order again, and the right item arrived without delay.
