"PARTIAL REFUND RECEIVED AFTER CANCELLING ORDER, EVEN THOUGH I EMAILED THE DAY BEFORE"
I messed up my order one night by getting the wrong size. Right away, I followed the steps to cancel it and explained what happened. I even shot off an email that same night, apologizing and asking to cancel. But the next morning, I saw that the item was already marked as shipped. I reached out again and was told it was a mistake, and that I’d get my refund in 2-3 days. In the end, I only got back a partial refund, which was nearly 20% less than what I originally paid. That's pretty disappointing.

"Ordered a life vest, but ran into some issues..."
I ordered a life vest that arrived in Cyprus on time, but it came without the CO2 bottle. The plastic safety pin was broken, and the pull tab lanyard was missing too. Inside, there was a note saying they couldn't provide the canister because of airline rules. I've emailed them twice, but still no response. It's pretty unacceptable that they didn't let me know about this before I placed my order, and I also think they should have deducted the cost of the canister from what I paid.

"Top-notch service"
I was on the hunt for an aviation headset and stumbled upon Transair's site. They offered a huge variety and the prices were pretty good. The images displayed on the site for the Cessna air filter were not accurate, leading to some confusion and nearly making me ditch the order. But I reached out to Transair's customer service, and they got back to me quickly, acknowledging the mistake with the photo. After that, I placed my order again, and the right item arrived without delay.
